The next size up, for cut-off machines that take a 315 mm blade. 120 teeth keeps the cut square on pipe up to 80 mm and on structural profile. Like all HSS circular blades it is resharpening-friendly, which matters on a machine that runs all day.

HSS edge that resharpens
DMo5 / M2 high-speed steel holds an edge at the low spindle speeds these machines run, and the blade can be resharpened five to eight times before it is spent.
Tooth count matched to the section
120 teeth keeps the cut square without crowding the gullet on thicker stock.
Bore and diameter to your arbor
Supplied at 315 mm diameter with a 32 mm bore, so it mounts on the saw you already run.

Export-grade IPPC‑fumigated wooden case packaging with waterproof membrane and shockproof foam. Key components (spindle, control system, guideways) receive additional protective wrapping. Photos of the completed packaging are provided before shipment.
Transportation
We arrange sea, land, or air freight based on equipment size and your delivery timeline. Tracking information is shared as soon as the shipment departs. Please note: actual transit time depends on the shipping route and customs clearance, which are outside our direct control — but we monitor every shipment and keep you updated.

We provide detailed installation manuals, step-by-step video guides, and live online support from our engineers to help you install and commission your machine correctly. For complex setups, we can arrange a video call with our technical team to guide your local technicians through the process.
Quality Assurance
12 months warranty for the whole machine, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Core components (spindle, control system) are covered for 24 months. During the warranty period, we provide replacement parts free of charge; shipping costs and local labor are the customer's responsibility. After the warranty expires, we continue to offer paid spare parts and technical advice.
Technical Training
We provide free operation and maintenance training through detailed video tutorials, user manuals, and live online Q&A sessions with our engineers. If you prefer factory training in China, we can arrange it — travel and accommodation costs are the customer's responsibility.
Technical Support
Our technical team responds within one business day (Monday-Friday, China Standard Time) to emails and messages. For urgent issues, we offer remote video diagnosis and troubleshooting. In critical situations, we can coordinate with the factory engineer to provide specialized support; any on-site service requests will be quoted separately.
