Carbide for stainless tube and general hard alloy.
The 4/6 pitch makes this the carbide blade for mixed hard work: stainless tube, alloy bar, pre-hardened plate in the 25 to 60 mm range. Where a bi-metal blade work-hardens the stainless and then fails, the carbide tooth keeps cutting. This is the size most job shops buy first when they move to carbide.
The brazed carbide tip stays hard at cutting temperature, so it keeps its edge on stainless and tool steel where a bi-metal blade dulls in hours.
4/6 variable pitch is set for 25 – 60 mm of hard material, with the gullet sized to clear a chip that does not curl.
Supplied as a finished loop welded to ±2 mm of your saw's length, annealed and ground flush. No trimming and no re-welding on site.

Export-grade IPPC‑fumigated wooden case packaging with waterproof membrane and shockproof foam. Key components (spindle, control system, guideways) receive additional protective wrapping. Photos of the completed packaging are provided before shipment.
