A Botai BCF-36N and two BCF-50N standard flat-bed CNC lathes recently completed all pre-shipment inspections at our partner factory and have been packed and dispatched to a customer in Anhui Province.

The BCF-N series is Botai's standard flat-bed CNC lathe line, featuring a horizontal bed structure for excellent rigidity and smooth chip evacuation. It is widely used for batch machining of small-to-medium shaft and disc parts. The BCF-36N and BCF-50N shipped this time have maximum swing over bed of 360mm and 500mm respectively, meeting turning requirements for different workpiece sizes.

Before shipment, Botai's technical team completed the following standard checks:

• Bed level and guideway accuracy re-verification
• Spindle runout testing
• Tailstock and chuck action testing
• Full machine dry-run and trial cutting
• Electrical system and safety guard inspection

After all items were confirmed qualified, the machines were packed to export-grade standards with moisture-proof and shock-proof protection, accompanied by factory inspection reports, packing lists, and operation manuals. Logistics information has been shared with the customer.
