A Botai BAV-85N Standard Vertical Machining Center recently completed all pre-shipment inspections at our partner factory and has been packed and dispatched to a customer in Taigu, Jinzhong, Shanxi.

The BAV-85N is a core model in Botai's standard vertical machining center series, featuring a "two linear guideways + one box way" structure. It balances rigidity and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for batch machining of small-to-medium housings, brackets, and flanges.

Before shipment, Botai's technical team completed the following standard checks:

• Bed level and guideway accuracy re-verification
• Spindle runout testing
• Tool magazine tool-change cycle testing
• Full machine trial run and dry-run testing
• Full enclosure and electrical system inspection

After all items were confirmed qualified, the machine was packed to export-grade standards with moisture-proof and shock-proof protection, accompanied by the factory inspection report, packing list, and operation manual. Logistics information has been shared with the customer, and the machine is expected to arrive on schedule.
